Job summary

Anthropic in San Francisco seeks a Senior Endpoint Engineer to design and implement a corporate-issued mobile device program and own platform decisions across regions. You will manage hardware procurement, device lifecycle, and telemetry, integrating policies into the config-as-code pipeline and enabling zero-touch enrollment.

You will collaborate with Security and IT teams, balance BYOD and corporate-owned devices, and push automation using MDM experiences, Terraform, and CI workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience designing and operating global mobile device programs at scale.
• Strong expertise with iOS device management and Apple Business Manager/ADE.
• Hands-on experience with MDM/UEM platforms (Jamf/Intune/Workspace ONE).
• Ability to code configurations and run infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Design the corporate-issued mobile device program and regional expansion.
• Own global hardware procurement, regional coverage, spares, and refresh cycles.
• Incorporate mobile policies into the config-as-code pipeline and enable zero-touch enrollment.
• Own device posture, telemetry, and lifecycle management for the corporate fleet.
• Collaborate with Corporate Security on device security and travel devices.
