Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced IT Engineering leader to own and scale a global corporate-issued mobile device program across regions. You will design, implement, and operate the fleet, including device standards, provisioning, and policies, with a strong emphasis on automation and telemetry.

You will own the platform decisions, collaborate with security, and build zero-touch enrollment for iOS and Android.

Qualifications

8+ years managing corporate fleets at thousands-of-devices scale.
iOS device management: enrollment flows, Apple Business Manager and ADE, APNs lifecycle.
Android device management in a mixed fleet.
Treat device configuration as code; move beyond console clicks.
Experience running MDM infrastructure (self-hosted, AWS, Terraform).

Responsibilities

Design the corporate-issued mobile device program across regions.
Own global logistics of issuing hardware and refresh cycles.
Integrate mobile configuration into config-as-code pipelines and policies.
Build zero-touch enrollment using Apple Business Manager, ADE, and Android equivalents.
Own policy, compliance, and lifecycle for the corporate fleet.
Develop telemetry on device check-ins, OS state, and drift.
Own app distribution for mobile and oversee rollout.
Collaborate with Corporate Security on device posture and travel devices.
Define coexistence of corporate-issued and BYOD fleets.
