Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting, administering, or engineering MDM services for iOS and Android in an enterprise environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune including enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployment, and lifecycle support.
• Knowledge of Apple and Android enterprise management (Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, supervised devices, automated enrollment, and device security controls).
• Experience with mobile app deployment, managed app configuration, and data protection for mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate LA28's mobile device management service across staff BYOD and company-owned devices.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for enrollment, configuration, compliance, app deployment, and security baselines.
• Define and maintain MDM standards, SOPs, and runbooks for consistent delivery.
• Support Deployment and adoption of Workspace ONE as a Games-time UEM platform.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Applications, and PMO to keep devices secure and ready for Games-time use.
• Monitor device compliance, health, and service performance; drive remediation.
