Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior role to design and own the corporate-issued mobile device program across regions. You will manage the fleet as a distributed platform, implement zero-touch enrollment, and drive policy, compliance, and lifecycle for thousands of devices.

You will work with iOS/Android device management, self-hosted MDM, Terraform, and CI for configuration management, partnering with security on posture and travel devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Experience building and managing multi-region mobile device programs
• Strong knowledge of iOS device management and Apple ecosystem
• Experience with Android device management and cross-platform integration
• Hands-on experience with MDM/UEM and configuration-as-code
• Ability to design and ship devices programs end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Design the corporate-issued mobile device program across regions
• Own global logistics including procurement, regional coverage, and refresh cycles
• Integrate mobile configuration into config-as-code pipelines
• Implement zero-touch enrollment (Apple Business Manager and ADE, Android equivalent)
• Own policy, compliance, and device lifecycle for corporate fleet
• Build telemetry for devices and fleet state
• Own app distribution and update rollout for mobile
• Collaborate with Corporate Security on device posture and travel devices
• Define coexistence of corporate-issued and BYOD devices
