Anthropic is hiring for an Endpoint Platform Engineer to own and operate the device fleet platform end-to-end. You will manage MDM configurations, patch pipelines, and telemetry-driven policies across macOS, Linux, and mobile devices.

You will collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams to harden endpoints and ensure compliance while enabling developers to work efficiently. Strong scripting and IaC experience are essential.

Competenze

• 8+ years building secure IT systems in complex environments.
• Experience managing endpoint fleets of thousands of macOS devices with a modern MDM.
• Configuring endpoint systems as code with version control and peer review.
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting.

Mansioni

• Own endpoint configuration as code: author, review, test, and roll out policies across macOS and mobile with canary stages and rollback.
• Operate the MDM platform as a production service, including IaC, observability, upgrades, and incident response.
• Build patch management automation with rapid enforcement while maintaining user experience.
• Design zero-touch provisioning to turn a sealed box into a productive machine on day one.
• Support Linux machines alongside the Mac fleet.
• Turn fleet telemetry into policy, dashboards, and drift warnings; use Claude to automate ops.
• Partner with Corporate Security on endpoint hardening, binary authorization, and compliance controls.
• Take shifts on rotation for incoming requests and escalations.
