Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior Mobile Device Engineering Lead to design and implement a corporate-issued mobile device program across regions, unifying device standards, enrollment, and lifecycle management. You will own the platform decisions, drive policy, and ensure secure, scalable operations for a rapidly growing team.

You will build and automate the mobile device infrastructure, manage zero-touch enrollment, and coordinate with security to protect fleet posture while supporting BYOD

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Must have owned a global or multi-region mobile device program end to end.
• Experience with iOS enrollment flows, APNs certificate lifecycle, and declarative device management.
• Strong experience with device configuration as code and MDM infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design the corporate-issued mobile device program across regions.
• Own the global logistics of issuing hardware and managing spares and refresh cycles.
• Integrate mobile configuration into config-as-code pipelines and enable zero-touch enrollment.
• Own policy, compliance, and device lifecycle for the corporate fleet.
• Build telemetry for fleet state and manage app distribution.
• Collaborate with Corporate Security on device posture and travel devices.
