Job summary

Assured Data Protection Inc. is seeking a hands-on Global MIS Manager to own the MIS service, including service desk, M365, Entra ID, and device management, balancing daily operations with security and compliance.

Based in Herndon, VA with a hybrid setup (3 days in-office, 2 remote). You will lead a global IT/MIS team, drive governance, audits, and vendor management to support 300+ employees and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a global, distributed IT/MIS team across regions/time zones.
• Proven ability to own enterprise policies around identity, endpoints, and SaaS governance.
• Experience coordinating audits, evidence collection, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own MIS service desk triage, prioritisation, escalations, and reporting.
• Establish global operating cadence and on-call rotation for 24/7/365 support.
• Lead joiner/mover/leaver onboarding/offboarding processes and access readiness.
• Manage end-user device lifecycle and endpoint security across Windows/macOS.
• Administer and mature Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune configurations and policies.
• Oversee SaaS apps inventory, licensing, and spend optimization.
• Drive governance, RBAC, and SSO across business applications.
• Coordinate security remediation with InfoSec and Compliance, and support audits.
