Job summary

Assured Data Protection is seeking a hands-on Global MIS Manager to own MIS services, including service desk, on a 3/2 hybrid schedule in Herndon, VA with some UK travel. You will lead a global IT/MIS team, govern identity, endpoints, and SaaS apps, and drive security-aligned operations for 300+ users and contractors worldwide.

Key duties include operating the service desk, device lifecycle, M365/Entra, and RBAC governance, while partnering across HR, Compliance, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a global distributed IT/MIS team across regions/time zones.
• Experience owning enterprise policies for identity, endpoints and SaaS governance, and audit evidence collection.
• Proven ability to report to senior leadership and prioritize by risk and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the MIS service and service desk queue with SLA focus and continuous improvement.
• Establish global operating cadence, on-call rotation, and post-incident follow-up.
• Partner with HR and Assets on onboarding/offboarding and access readiness.
• Manage end-user device lifecycle for Windows/macOS and conferencing tech.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune with policy and patching workflows.
• Enforce security basics and ensure MDR operates across devices.
