Job summary

Assured Data Protection seeks a Global MIS Manager to own the MIS service, including service desk and endpoint management, balancing daily operations with security and compliance across global teams. You will lead Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune administration while guiding governance of identity, access, and SaaS tools.

You will collaborate with HR, Compliance, and InfoSec to ensure secure, reliable services, while managing budgets, vendor relationships, and roadmap delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a global IT/MIS team across regions/time zones with a clear operating cadence and standards.
• Experience owning enterprise policies across identity, endpoints, and SaaS governance, and leading audit evidence collection in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to produce senior leadership reporting and manage prioritisation based on risk and business need; 3–5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• MIS Operations & Service Desk: triage, prioritisation, escalations, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement.
• Endpoint Support: device lifecycle, Intune/Apple Business Manager management, security hardening, and end-user support for Windows and macOS.
• Microsoft 365 & Entra: administer and improve Teams/Exchange/SharePoint; manage Entra ID with RBAC, conditional access, and SSO.
• User Applications & SaaS: manage intake with InfoSec/Compliance/Finance; maintain inventory and licensing; administer core SaaS tools.
• Security, Policy & Compliance: identify gaps, drive remediation with InfoSec/Compliance; maintain auditable records; support SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 9001.
