Job summary

TKO IT Infrastructure seeks a Global Messaging Architect to design and govern enterprise messaging and collaboration across brands. You will ensure reliable, secure, and scalable email and calendar systems worldwide, leading architecture for M&A, divestiture, and brand migration.

The role requires 8+ years in identity/infra, strong leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while maintaining regulatory compliance and lifecycle controls. Remote-friendly, permanent position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in identity and access management or enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience leading identity architecture for large-scale, hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise messaging and collaboration architecture.
• Lead M365, Exchange Online, and security controls across brands.
• Architect mail routing, authentication standards, and hybrid coexistence.
• Mentor engineers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
