Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an experienced technical leader to own end-to-end deployments for enterprise Email/SMS customers. You will lead discovery, design scalable messaging architectures, and coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams.

The role requires strong API, data integration, and enterprise architecture knowledge, plus proven project management and customer-facing communication skills. Equity compensation is offered with remote-first work.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in technical implementation or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience implementing or migrating enterprise marketing platforms.
• Strong foundation in APIs, data integrations, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment and migration for enterprise customers.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate requirements into scalable messaging architecture.
• Drive implementation across teams and manage dependencies and risks.
