TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Global Messaging Architect to design and govern enterprise-wide messaging, email, and collaboration across global brands.

You will drive architecture for Exchange Online, M365, and security platforms while ensuring continuity during mergers, divestitures, and branding changes. The role requires leadership across hybrid environments, strong governance, and collaboration with security, Legal, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 8+ years of identity and access management experience.
• Hands-on, expert-level proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta Identity Cloud, Microsoft Active Directory, and Entra ID/Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global messaging architecture across Exchange Online, M365, and security platforms.
• Develop governance models and standards for secure, scalable messaging worldwide.
• Lead messaging strategy for M&A, divestiture, and rebranding initiatives.
• Architect mail routing, security filtering, authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and hybrid coexistence.
• Direct engineering teams on monitoring, troubleshooting, and mail/calendaring performance.
• Collaborate with Global Security to strengthen phishing defenses and threat detection.
• Provide architectural leadership for integration with Teams, Slack, Zoom, and other tools.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA) through secure design and eDiscovery.
