Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Lead - Menu Strategy to drive global improvements in our value-added products portfolio. You will work with the Director of Product Strategy - Menu and collaborate with Product Development Managers to expand customization, introduce premium concepts, and increase basket size.

You’ll apply strong analytics to shape the roadmap and monetization strategy across markets. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts, design testing frameworks, and partner with Tech to boost upselling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record and 5+ years in product management, analytics, and development.
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of experimentation methodologies and statistics.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the value-added products roadmap across HelloFresh Group's meal kits business.
• Drive the customization strategy to expand assortment across 10+ markets, delivering growth and profitability goals.
• Identify and implement multi-market customization opportunities based on commercial potential.
• Develop pricing and surcharge recipe strategies and test premium concepts.
