Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Senior Manager, Category Management to lead category and menu strategy across its restaurant brands. You will own the strategic roadmap and drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with brand pillars and business goals.

Collaborating with Culinary, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance, you will translate insights into scalable concepts for Wonder’s 1P and 3P platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in category management, brand management, menu strategy, or culinary innovation.
• Proven track record leading menu or product innovation from insight to launch (LTOs and new concepts).
• Strong commercial fluency with P&L drivers, pricing, elasticity, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for assigned restaurant brands, with 12–18 month plans.
• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch across items and revamps.
• Identify opportunities from sales data and trends to drive growth in AOV, AIV, and SSS.
• Partner with Insights and Quality for testing, pricing, and feasibility before scaling.
• Monitor performance post-launch and adjust to meet GOV, margin, and satisfaction goals.
• Stay ahead of culinary trends to inform the development pipeline.
