You will define the product roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, and balance merchant customization with simple end-user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in POS or e-commerce.
• Proven UX ownership and technical architecture decisions.
• Strong analytics; defines metrics and prioritizes with data.
• Experience with catalogs, taxonomies, and item relationships.
• Excellent collaboration with design, engineering, and business teams.
• Track record shipping high-traffic, user-facing features.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for menu discovery and item selection, aligned with broader business goals
• Lead end‑to‑end UX for menu flows, both single and multi‑location restaurant operators
• Partner with engineering to design a scalable menu architecture (data models, item hierarchies, modifiers, variants) that supports diverse merchant needs
• Translate merchant and end‑user research into a prioritized roadmap
• Define success metrics and use data to guide iteration
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, engineering, sales, and support to ship and scale features
• Balance flexibility for merchants (custom menus, modifiers, pricing rules) with simplicity for end users
• Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
