Wonder is hiring a Senior Manager, Category Management in New York. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in category/brand management or culinary innovation.
• Proven track record leading menu or product innovation from insight to launch (LTOs, new concepts).
• Strong commercial fluency with P&L, pricing, elasticity, and metrics like AOV/AIV/SFS.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic roadmap for assigned Wonder brands with 12–18 month menu and innovation plans.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch across items and revamps.
• Identify growth opportunities using sales data and trends; build business cases.
