Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven leader to serve as Senior Director, Global Relations, Chapters & Membership. This role reports to the CEO and will drive membership growth, strengthen chapter performance, enhance volunteer engagement, and foster collaboration across TMA's global network.

The ideal candidate thrives on partnering with volunteer leaders, supporting chapter success, and creating exceptional value for members around the world.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in membership, association management, or related field.
• Proven success driving membership growth, retention, and engagement.
• Experience with volunteer-led organizations and governance structures.
• Strong relationships and influence across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams, budgeting, and achieving organizational goals.
• AMS/CRM platforms experience; data-driven decision making.
• International association or global membership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead membership growth and engagement initiatives across the global network.
• Strengthen chapters, governance, reporting, and volunteer leadership training.
• Expand TMA's global community through international partnerships and collaboration.
• Oversee membership operations, dashboards, and data integrity; optimize processes and systems.
• Lead organizational planning, budgeting, and development of a high-performing team.
