Job summary

CareerXroads, the invite-only global talent acquisition community, seeks a Director of Membership to recruit senior TA leaders and grow the member base. You’ll qualify prospects, build a strong pipeline, and present compelling cases to the owner for final admission.

This is a revenue role with a focus on quality over quantity. You’ll represent CXR at major practitioner conferences, nurture members through their first year, and maintain the room’s credibility as a peer-to-peer forum.

Qualifications

• Credibility in the room: be seen as a peer, not a seller.
• Ability to hunt: own a number, build a pipeline from nothing.
• Experience selling or leading executive-membership programs.

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify senior TA leaders who can strengthen the community.
• Build a pipeline through referrals, alumni, conferences, and outreach.
• Make the case for each prospect and present to Chris for final approval.
• Represent CXR at practitioner conferences four to six times yearly.
• Steward members through their first year to drive engagement and renewal.
• Protect the room: host and support at gatherings without selling in-room.
