Job summary

BNI Global seeks a part-time Support Director Consultant to drive success across US CORE chapters. You will lead growth, support membership, and ensure referrals connect members with the partners they need to succeed by coaching chapters and their leadership teams.

Responsibilities include promoting membership, renewing members, coordinating regional events, training leaders, and reporting results. This role requires travel to chapters, strong relationship skills, and a focus on measurable

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or experience accepted.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic tech literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Promote membership through prospecting, recruitment, and member retention in each chapter.
• Develop and implement renewal strategies to ensure recurring membership renewals.
• Promote chapter growth through operational support, outreach, training, marketing, coaching, and development.
• Plan and execute regional events and identify sponsorships to drive growth.
