Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in event management, hospitality, or related field.
• 3 years of event management or relevant hospitality experience.
• Advanced competence with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate teams including staff and vendors.
• Strong communication with poise and diplomacy.
• Flexibility to work nights, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule Events Team members and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
• Lead coordination and execution of high-level events from planning to completion for Amazon.
• Conduct site visits and planning meetings with customers and partners to ensure flawless delivery.
• Establish policies and procedures to define event support across high-profile areas.
• Track team progress with data metrics and create monthly reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication and efficiency and implement improvements.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and business reviews with client documentation.
• Assist in planning GREF-related events and coordinate with Facilities during emergencies.
