Job summary

Amazon's Global Engineering Services North America is seeking a Strategic Planning Program Manager to drive process initiatives, resolve blockers, and standardize programs across the NA network. You will partner with pillar leaders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop scalable templates to improve operational excellence.

The role requires 50% travel and the ability to work from a corporate office when not traveling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field.
• Experience developing operational processes and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize project scope while coordinating leadership-aligned programs.
• Handle ambiguity and solve problems with data-driven, scalable solutions.
• Communicate clearly in documents and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Leverage analytics to identify trends and translate findings into templates.
• Lead program management from inception to completion across multiple teams.
