Qualifications

• Medical background preferred.
• Experience in medical education, missions, or community health preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural skills are essential.
• Spiritually mature with a heart for evangelism and discipleship.
• Willingness to travel internationally to hard places (up to 4 trips per year).
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in resource-limited settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and delivery of medical training programs.
• Serve as a medical trainer or table leader during overseas trips.
• Support the development of culturally appropriate training materials.
• Collaborate with national ministry leaders to adapt training.
• Provide guidance to trainees and local facilitators.
• Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of training modules.
