Embla Medical is seeking a Training Specialist to partner with the Global Training Manager and cross-functional leaders to identify development needs and translate them into practical, scalable learning resources across clinics and distributed teams.

You will design training plans, create assets, and support delivery of programs that align with global strategy and regional priorities, while embracing adult learning principles and measurable outcomes. Willingness to travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years in Talent Development or Learning & Development.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders and SMEs to deliver practical learning solutions.
• Experience supporting global or distributed learning initiatives preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, HRBPs, and SMEs to identify development needs and learning priorities across the Americas.
• Co-design learning solutions using structured instructional design practices and adult learning principles.
• Create, refine, and maintain learning assets and facilitator materials for scalable delivery.
• Facilitate sessions, provide delivery support, and build a network of SMEs and champions.
• Define metrics for training effectiveness and iterate content based on feedback and data.
