Job summary

ForMotion Clinic is seeking a Training Specialist to partner with the Global Training Manager, HRBPs, and SMEs to identify development needs and implement scalable learning solutions across the Americas.

The role emphasizes practical execution, content creation, and collaboration with leaders to translate business needs into effective training resources for clinics and distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Training Manager and stakeholders to identify development needs and plan learning solutions.
• Co-design learning solutions with SMEs using structured instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Develop training plans with clear objectives, audience, modality, and evaluation approaches.
• Create and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, slide decks, and microlearning assets.
• Support scalable program models (Train-the-Trainer, playbooks, onboarding plans) and calendar alignment.
• Provide delivery support, including sessions readiness, coaching, logistics, and follow-up.
• Build SME networks to support adoption, capacity, and continuous improvement.
• Attend to adoption barriers and make practical content adjustments based on feedback.
