Job summary

Embla Medical seeks a Training Specialist to partner with the Global Training Manager and stakeholders to design, build, and deliver scalable learning solutions across clinics and distributed work environments. You will translate business needs into practical resources and support adoption through facilitation and coaching.

The role emphasizes adult learning, instructional design, and hands-on content development with up to 10% travel to support regional delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation capability, virtual and/or in-person.
• Proven content creation experience, designing and updating learner-facing assets.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and structured instructional design methods.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders, HRBPs, and SMEs to identify development needs.
• Experience supporting global, regional, or distributed learning initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Training Manager and stakeholders to identify development needs and priorities across the Americas.
• Co-design learning solutions with SMEs using structured instructional design practices.
• Develop training plans with objectives, audience, modality, and measurement approach.
• Create and maintain learning assets and facilitator materials for scalable delivery.
• Facilitate sessions and provide delivery support across virtual and in-person formats.
• Build networks of SMEs, facilitators, and champions to support adoption and continuous improvement.
• Track training effectiveness and iterate content based on feedback.
