Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Omni Returns, and Supply Chain, you will define operating models, drive cost‑to‑serve improvements, and set policy priorities with key partners while delivering measurable value to the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7 years’ experience in project/program management or related area.
• Alternative: 9 years’ experience in project/program operations with 4 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the global, cross‑border Marketplace Returns strategy and operating model.
• Improve customer and seller experience through greater trust, simplicity, transparency.
• Drive reverse‑logistics, cost‑to‑serve, recovery, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Set policy, dispute, seller‑protection, fraud, and abuse priorities with key partners.
• Translate business needs into scalable product and technology priorities; build and lead a high‑performing team.
