• Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact seller and business problems using insights and data.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape capabilities and priorities while owning requirements.
• Lead initiatives across seller performance, health, incentives, and growth as business priorities evolve.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate impact and guide iteration.
