Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Manager, Technology Operations – Business & Product Strategy to shape and execute strategies that improve Walmart Marketplace seller operations, resolve issues, and drive growth.

You will work across business strategy, product, technology, analytics, and operations, translating complex problems into scalable requirements and partnerships with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, business strategy, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Analytics, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact seller and business problems using insights, performance trends, and data.
• Translate problems into clear strategies, requirements, workflows, and scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape capabilities and priorities while owning operating models and outcomes.
• Lead initiatives across seller performance, health, incentives, protections, eligibility, and growth as priorities evolve.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria to evaluate impact and guide iteration.
