Walmart is seeking a Sr. Manager of Transformation Program Management in Sunnyvale, CA to lead a portfolio of workforce transformation programs, set strategy, govern execution, and drive adoption across enablement, leader readiness, tech development, and belonging initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation programs, managing plans, governance, risks, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting.
• Execute Growth Tech's TLDP pilot, overseeing launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, communications, and delivery.
• Coordinate TLDP learning experiences, leader enablement, and participant engagement to ensure successful implementation.
• Track TLDP participation, gather feedback, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements to support future expansion.
• Manage the Global Tech Belonging Champion Network, coordinating stakeholders, workstreams, communications, and execution.
• Equip Belonging Champions with playbooks, activation resources, and progress reviews while driving accountability and measuring impact.
