Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, business strategy, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Technology, Analytics, or Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into structured requirements and scalable solutions.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and using analytics to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact seller and business problems using insights, performance trends, and business priorities.
• Translate complex problems into clear strategies, requirements, workflows, and scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape capabilities and priorities while owning requirements and operating models.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Policy, Seller Support, and Operations.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; evaluate impact and iterate.
