Job summary

Walmart seeks a Senior Manager, Tech Ops in Bentonville, AR to lead strategic digital initiatives improving the end-to-end Walmart Business customer journey. You will align customer and commercial needs with technology solutions and drive cross-functional programs from strategy to measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Data & Analytics, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to translate opportunities into clear priorities and outcomes, and you will thrive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area; 5 years’ experience in project/program management, program management, or related area.
• 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, or related area; 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital initiatives from opportunity identification through execution, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop deep understanding of business customers, journeys, pain points, and unmet needs.
• Translate customer and commercial needs into clear requirements, priorities, success measures, and technology solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data & Analytics to influence roadmaps and solutions.
• Establish ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and accountability across cross-functional initiatives.
• Build business cases articulating customer impact, business value, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to drive readiness and adoption.
• Lead through influence, creating alignment and delivering outcomes across teams.
