Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy to drive data-driven decision making and optimize growth strategies. You will define customer segments, size markets, and build the business cases for how to win each segment, while collaborating with executives across the organization.

You will structure analyses, develop data-driven models, and partner with senior leaders to align on strategic initiatives in a fast-growing, global environment. High ownership and AI fluency are valued.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in Strategy roles or as a Management Consultant
• Experience in industry research and customer segmentation
• Experience working with executive leaders and willing to debate and push back
• Ability to structure analysis and build data-driven models
• Growth mindset and ownership mentality
• Proficiency with AI tools in daily work
