Job summary

Formlabs seeks a strategic leader to own our AI and self-service roadmap within Global Services, driving improvements across post-sales support for the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will define problems, build the case, align stakeholders, and ship scalable changes with real operating accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consulting, business or revenue ops, or similar operating roles at a fast-growing hardware/tech company.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end ambiguous programs with measurable impact.
• Ability to build long-term roadmaps and resolve technical aspects of customer escalations.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives from framing to implementation.
• Lead day-to-day operations with KPI tracking, headcount decisions, and weekly cadences.
• Represent Services in executive forums and align cross-functional teams to decisions.
