Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy to drive data-driven decision making and optimize growth strategies. You will define customer segments, size markets, and build the business cases for how to win each segment, while collaborating with executives across the organization.

You will structure analyses, develop data-driven models, and partner with senior leaders to align on strategic initiatives in a fast-growing, global environment. High ownership and AI fluency are valued.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment to deliver results**What You’ll Do:*** Define customer segments and size markets to decide where Formlabs should grow next* Build the business case for how to win a segment, then own the execution and delivery* Structure analysis and build data-driven models that guide real decisions* Partner with senior leaders across the business to drive alignment**About You:*** 3 to 10 years of experience in Strategy roles or on Strategy projects as a Management Consultant OR experience in scaling business from 1 to 10.* Experience in industry research and customer segmentation* Experience working with executive leaders and are willing to debate and push back* Are able to structure analysis & build data-driven models* Have a growth mindset. The base pay will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact on the organization.The annual base pay range for this role is:$100,000—$200,000 USD
