You will drive customer engagement and above-market revenue growth across regions, reporting to the Senior Vice President Commercial Operations and guiding a global Marketing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of senior marketing/commercial leadership in Life Sciences is implied in the ad.
• Proven delivery of global go-to-market strategies and growth results.
• Strong expertise in demand generation, campaign management, segmentation, and pipeline analytics.
• Digital marketing and marketing technology experience with KPI design.
• Ability to lead 25+ globally located teams in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute global marketing strategy and annual operating plan with KPIs.
• Drive market insight to identify growth opportunities and guide portfolio choices.
• Lead global demand generation and campaign engine, localizing by region.
• Oversee digital marketing across channels (SEO/SEM, automation, paid media, web).
• Lead and develop a high-performing global marketing organization; apply DBS tools for improvement.
• Manage the global marketing budget and operations.
