Mammotome, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr Director of Global Marketing to lead upstream and downstream marketing, portfolio strategy, and global campaigns from Cincinnati, OH. You will drive integrated programs that connect product strategy with regional execution and education initiatives.

You will shape demand generation, manage launches, and align creative services with business objectives while mentoring a high-performing team across the globe.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial marketing including upstream and downstream roles.
• 5+ years leading medical device marketing in regulated environments.
• Experience directing global marketing strategy and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global marketing organization across upstream and downstream functions, creative services, and education.
• Set priorities, operating rhythms, and performance expectations with accountability and cross-functional execution.
• Lead global portfolio strategy and roadmap with market insights, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
• Own the global annual marketing planning process aligned to objectives, regions, launches, and resources.
• Translate strategy into go-to-market plans, enablement tools, campaigns, and demand generation.
• Oversee launch planning and post-launch performance tracking for new products and extensions.
• Direct creative services, marketing communications, events, digital content, and brand alignment.
