Job summary

You will leverage ADP's global payroll platform and local expertise to deliver compliant, integrated solutions across 143+ countries while pursuing aggressive quotas and building client relationships.

Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and client success.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience (4 years+) in Major Account sales at executive level.
• BS in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Drive results-based performance in a fast-paced, strategic selling environment.
• Create short- and long-term business plans to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Travel internationally and domestically up to 30%.
• Partner with clients to address the needs of international employees.
