Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Sr Engineer to lead as the maintenance process owner for CMMS within Engineering Operations & Services. You will set strategy, align with global leaders, and drive process governance while ensuring safety, quality and reliability across the Asset Management lifecycle.

The role requires experience in CMMS, SAP EAM and global product ownership, with strong project management and GMP/GxP knowledge. Collaborative, cross-site leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as business process owner for CMMS or related platforms.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes, planning, scheduling and execution.
• Familiarity with GMP/GxP regulations and validation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance process strategy and roadmap aligned with Engineering priorities.
• Own maintenance capabilities in CMMS platform, including requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive end-to-end design and standardization of maintenance work processes.
