Job summary

Amgen seeks a Corporate Facilities & Engineering Senior Manager to lead the Global Reliability Network within EOS. You will drive asset reliability, maintainability, and performance across sites, shaping CMMS/PlantPulse strategies and capital planning.

This role requires strong leadership, advanced reliability knowledge, and cross-site collaboration to deliver business value. Occasional on-site presence is required; you’ll partner with SAP EAM, site teams, and executives to translate data

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with engineering industry experience.
• Advanced degrees in engineering with relevant experience.
• Multiple degree paths aligned with required experience.
• Experience across reliability, maintenance, and asset management.
• Leadership of cross-site or global initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Reliability Network of site reliability engineers and leaders.
• Translate data insights into corrective actions and asset improvements.
• Advance asset criticality, maintenance strategy, and PM optimization.
• Own PlantPulse adoption and CMMS/EAM alignment across sites.
• Demonstrate business value by reducing downtime and improving capacity.
