Amgen is seeking a Corporate Facilities & Engineering Senior Manager (Global Reliability Network Lead) to lead a network of site reliability engineers and maintenance leaders across the manufacturing network. You will define reliability strategy, track KPIs, and drive improvements using CMMS data, Asset Performance Monitoring, and PlantPulse to boost asset reliability and uptime.

Qualifications
- Advanced engineering degree and extensive site reliability experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in global environments.
- Fluent English proficiency, written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Global Reliability Network of site engineers and maintenance leaders.
- Develop and execute the Reliability Network strategy, milestones and maturity.
- Share KPIs, trends, and lessons learned with senior governance forums.
- Turn data insights into corrective actions and equipment improvements.
- Define standard risk-based asset criticality and maintenance strategy.
- Lead Asset Performance Monitoring and PlantPulse adoption across sites.
