Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Sr Engineer - Maintenance Business Process Owner for Engineering Operations & Services. You will lead as the business process owner for maintenance processes and CMMS, partnering with global platform owners and site stakeholders to standardize work requests, planning, scheduling and execution.

You will also drive continuous improvement across Asset Management and CMMS programs, ensuring alignment with Reliability, Calibration, and Quality frameworks.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Engineering required or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years engineering industry experience considered
• Experience with CMMS/SAP EAM and maintenance workflows preferred
• Proven ability to lead global multi-site maintenance initiatives
• Strong project management and change-management skills
• Knowledge of GMP-regulated quality systems and validation processes

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance process design, governance and lifecycle improvements
• Own CMMS-related requirements, testing, and deployment across global sites
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation and process owners to ensure compliance
• Define maintenance performance measures and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives affecting global maintenance and asset management
