Qualifications

• Doctorate/masters/bachelor in relevant field with years of experience in manufacturing/automation.
• Experience leading Agile projects in GMP environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong program/product management and financial planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large capital projects and product teams in GMP environments.
• Prioritize demand with site/global stakeholders and manage backlogs.
• Own global OT roadmap and ensure GMP compliance and data integrity.
• Drive standards and best practices for large OT project design and deployment.
• Present program status to senior leadership and ensure Agile/backlog maturity.
