Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional diligence across Finance, Tax, Legal, HR, Regulatory, Quality, Sales & Marketing, IT, and more.
• Develop integration strategy, milestones, and cost estimates with cross-functional input.
• Coordinate management meetings, seller interactions, and functional deep dives.
• Synthesize findings into an integrated view of risks and opportunities.
• Present recommendations to executive sponsors and senior leaders.
