Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Senior Manager of IT M&A to lead cross-functional IT due diligence and post-merger integration. You will shape an IT M&A playbook, evaluate IT architecture, cybersecurity, and contracts to quantify synergy opportunities and risks.

The role requires strong business acumen, executive presentation skills, and experience in corporate finance and digital transformation projects. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Education in technical or business field required; master's preferred.
• Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL are desirable.
• 10+ years in Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, or Biotech industries.
• Experience leading process improvement and digital strategy initiatives.
• Experience with business development, integrations, and post-integration processes.
• Familiarity with QMS, PLM, and CRM systems; MedTech regulatory context helpful.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT due diligence workstreams for mergers and divestitures; orchestrates post-merger integration.
• Develops Day 1 readiness plan and End State roadmap; manages ERP migrations and cloud integrations.
• Ensures IT integration activities comply with GxP, HIPAA/GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Oversees system re-validation in the merged environment; aligns with business goals.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
