Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build financial models, conduct market analysis, and synthesize complex information into clear investment recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft polished memos and present findings with conviction.
• Self-directed with high ownership mentality; able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing of early-stage investment opportunities and qualify deals.
• Draft investment memos and support IC prep; manage deal mechanics from term sheet through close (P5).
• Coordinate legal and technical reviews; synthesize findings across workstreams.
• Develop sector overviews, landscape maps, and market intelligence across assigned focus areas.
• Present landscape findings to the investment team on a regular cadence.
• Lead quarterly reporting for portfolio companies including KPI analysis and commentary.
