Responsibilities

• Lead post-acquisition integration ensuring value realization objectives are met including integration strategy development, planning, execution, and performance management.
• Set integration strategy aligning the acquisition thesis, value drivers, and operational priorities.
• Partner with business and functional stakeholders to develop value realization and operational integration plans and lead execution.
• Establish governance to ensure effective planning and execution of the integration program.
• Oversee integration cost development.
• Monitor day-to-day delivery of key objectives through the M&A scorecard.
• Continually improve the integration process with playbooks and tools.
