Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Finance Integration to lead financial integration across the transaction lifecycle, from pre-close to post-close value realization. You will partner with Corporate Development, Operations, Legal, HR, Tax, and Compliance to manage risks, build models, and guide integration programs.

The role emphasizes advanced financial modeling, due diligence, cross-functional leadership, and clear communication to executives, with hybrid work and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in M&A finance, corporate development, or post-merger integration.
• Experience building and analyzing financial models, forecasts, budgets, or valuation analyses.
• Experience reviewing financial statements and assessing financial or operational risks.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects, workstreams, or transaction-related deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial planning, reporting, or analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Close Planning and Due Diligence: develop integration strategies, roadmaps, and readiness plans; build financial models for integration costs, synergies, and value realization.
• Day 1 and Post-Close Integration: lead finance workstreams, establish financial reporting and controls, and support transition to McKesson systems.
• Governance and Executive Communication: establish KPIs and dashboards; communicate progress and risks to senior leaders.
