Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a corporate/M&A attorney with 4–8 years of experience to deliver practical legal services and strategic counseling across global transactions. You will manage deals from inception through closing, draft key agreements, and coordinate with Corporate Development, Finance, and other business units.

The role requires strong judgment, negotiation, and project management skills to handle complex transactions and interactions with senior executives and outside counsel.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience as a lawyer with corporate/M&A focus.
• Experience handling domestic and international M&A transactions.
• Strong drafting/negotiation of transaction documents.
• Ability to lead negotiations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing outside counsel and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-oriented legal advice across significant transactions.
• Manage end-to-end M&A processes from inception to post-closing.
• Draft/negotiate LOIs, term sheets, and definitive agreements.
• Lead due diligence and translate findings into protections.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, and HR.
