Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Supervisor, Logistics (Import/Export) to lead day-to-day international shipments and customs documentation. You will partner with carriers, brokers and internal teams to keep material flowing while maintaining compliance and quality records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in import/export operations, with experience coordinating with forwarders and customs brokers, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years in import/export operations and trade compliance.
• 2+ years coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers and brokers.
• 2+ years leading or directing the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily import/export operations and customs filings.
• Coordinates with freight forwarders, carriers and brokers on shipments.
• Maintains trade documentation accuracy for audits and compliance.
• Monitors shipment status and resolves customs holds.
• Ensures compliance with CBP, C-TPAT, USMCA and DOT requirements.
• Develops and supports a small shipping documentation team.
