Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Supervisor, Logistics (Import/Export) to lead day-to-day international shipments and customs documentation, ensuring compliant and timely freight movements. You will partner with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to maintain flow of materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years in import/export operations and trade compliance.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily import/export operations, documentation and customs filings.
• Coordinates with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers.
• Ensures accuracy and retention of trade documentation (invoices, HTS codes, certificates of origin).
• Monitors shipment status and resolves customs holds.
• Ensures compliance with US customs and trade regulations (CBP, C-TPAT, USMCA) and DOT requirements.
• Supervises and develops a small team supporting shipping/receiving documentation.
• Maintains trade-compliance records to support audits.
